Ph.D. Dissertation Defense - 2022

These slides were presented to my doctoral advisory committee as part of my final exam and dissertation defense. The presentation highlights the results of the formulation of a geopolymer binder and its applications to recycled aggregate concrete mixes. It also presents the results of a reactive molecular dynamics simulation of the geopolymerization reaction between aluminosilicate monomers and K-based alkaline activators.

LSU Graduate Student Research Conference - 2021

These slides were presented at the LSU Department of Civil & Environmental Engineering's 9th Annual Graduate Student Research Conference. The presentation highlights the results of the formulation of a geopolymer binder and outlines its possible applications to recycled aggregate concrete mixes. Some of the concepts highlighted in this presentation have been utilized in subsequent research performed by myself and fellow researchers.
